Neurodynamics and Pitching Mechanics Workshops at 48th Annual Symposium

The 48th Annual Business Meeting and Symposium is offering two hands-on learning workshops.
Both workshops will be held on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023.
Neurodynamics in injury assessment and treatment workshop will kick off the 48th Annual Symposium
as the first learning opportunity to earn CEU’s. The workshop begins at 1:00pm and concludes at 3:00pm.
Our shoulder rehabilitation workshop called "Pitching Mechanics: Understanding early predictors to injury and
navigating the rehabilitation process” will follow the neurodynamics workshop after a short fifteen-minute break.
The shoulder workshop will begin at 3:15pm and conclude at 5:15pm.
Athletic Trainers can earn 4 CEU’s of hands-on learning during Sunday’s workshops.
Space in each of the workshops are limited, so pre-registration for the workshops is required.
There is no additional cost to pre-register for Sunday’s workshops. When you register for the workshops on our website, the ticket will show $0.00.
Learning Objectives for the 48th Annual Business Meeting and Symposium include:
- Recognize the benefits and risks of prolotherapy and PRP treatments for musculoskeletal pain
- Implement nutritional planning in post-concussion care
- Perform an evidence-based shoulder evaluation and rehabilitation protocol
- Apply best practices in diabetic and dermatology care
- Examine and manage patients with joint dislocations
- Discuss the importance of self-worth and professional advocacy
